CHARLES CAMPBELL

 Charles holds a B.Sc (Hon) degree in Zoology as well as a masters in Ecotoxicology
 and Pollution Management. He is the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of Candy Thots
 Youth Magazine, a trail blazer in innovative and informative entertainment.

 He is an ardent afficionado and pioneer of the Caro Kahn Defence in Nigeria and has
 over 15 years active chess experience at the highest level. He loves children and
 actively promotes the use of chess as an educational fool via intellect enhancement
 and chancement and character moulding.

 OLANREWAJU AJIBOLA

 Ajibola is a graduate of Agricultural Engineering of Federal University of Technology,  Akure, Ondo state, Nigeria. He was the mathematics teacher for Regal College,
 Sagamu Nigeria, where he established the school club and acted as the pioneer coach,  He was award a certificate of merit award by the National Mathematics center in 2003.

 A two times gold medalist at the Nigeria National Sport Festival and a Nigeria Chess  player. He is currently the Chess Instructor for one of Nigeria foremost Chess playing  school.

 EDUNWALE KING

 King is a graduate of Business administration, University of Ilorin. A Nigerian Chess  Master with a gold medal at the National Sport Festival. He is currently the chess  instructor for one of Nigeria foremost female chess playing school.

 BAYO BABALOLA

 Bayo is a very experienced Nigerian Master with great communication skills where
 tutoring of chess is concerned. He has represented Nigeria in several International  Tournaments and he is presently the Lagos State coach. He has also taught chess
 in many schools. He holds a Bsc in Botany and a PGD in Computer Science obtained  from the University of Lagos.

 DADA OLUBUNMI

 Olubunmi graduate from the University of Ibadan and has spend major part of his
 working life developing chess in Nigeria. He worked in the Nigeria Chess Federation
 where he grown to become the Nigeria National Chess Coach and the technical
 consultant and coach of Fiji Chess Club. He is and International Arbiter based in the
 U.K All his contributions to this will be done electronically.

 OGBONAYA OBINNA

 Obinna, a charted Administrator is the first African Chess Coach to be Internationally  accredited. He has been interest in coaching children and the coach of many schools.
 He is a Bronze medalist at the Nigerian National Sport Festival. He is an International  Arbiter.

 IDADA JOACHIM

 Joachim holds a B.Sc Hons (Mechanical Engineering) from University of Lagos. He  working experience span a decade. He worked with many companies including
 African Petroleum where he retired. He was a leisure Chess player and his conviction
 that chess has great benefit to people especially children made him found many
 chess projects. Amongst which are:

 (1) Fiji Chess Club, the foremost private chess club that has produced some of the
 great Nigeria chess players.

 (2) School Chess Development Committee (SCDC) This body is responsible for the  development of Chess in schools and it members consists of schools with chess keen  interest. The body organizes the Inter Schools Chess League, Annual Chess week.

 (3) 3rd Weekend Chess Tournament. This tournament holds every 3rd Weekend of
 every month and is organized by FIJI Chess Club, which he personally sponsor.

 His Comment

 “Chess has great importance and relevance with life. To me chess has greatly
 influenced my thinking pattern making me more of a strategic thinker. That is why
 l have spent so much of my time, finance and resources in ensuring that every child
 in Nigeria acquires the chess sense. Parent most ensure that their children acquires
 the skill because of its educational benefits and social relevance.
